Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ProFlow Plumbing's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Terms

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found during service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Emergency Services

Emergency service rates apply to calls received outside normal business hours, weekends, and holidays.

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on all labor and a manufacturer's warranty on all parts and fixtures installed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with our work, we'll return to make it right at no additional charge.

Liability and Insurance

ProFlow Plumbing is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We maintain:

  • $2,000,000 General Liability Insurance
  • Workers' Compensation Insurance
  • Professional Liability Coverage

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
  • Remove personal items from work areas
  • Ensure pets are secured during service visits
  • Provide accurate information about plumbing issues
  • Be present or designate an authorized representative during service

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.
